Little London Whispers has written about visiting Greenwich multiple times over the years. There is no better time to visit this Unesco World Heritage site here in London with the exhibitions they have on.
This week a new major exhibition opened Tudors to Windsors at The National Maritime Museum, and next week Gaia returns to the Painted Hall.
National Maritime Museum
Tudors to Windsors: British Royal Portraits
This exhibition features over 150 works of art pooled from the National Portrait Gallery and the Royal Museums at Greenwich.
Beautifully curated, the flow of the exhibition highlights the gorgeous details in the painting and history of art.
Spanning five centuries, it features works ranging from Sir Peter Lely to Cecil Beaton and Annie Leibovitz.
Our current Royal Family feature in painting, photography and mixed media ending the exhibition on a contemporary note.
This collaboration between the National Portrait Gallery and The National Maritime Museum has arranged a phenomenal exhibition.
The setting is perfect and I fully expect it to be the big hit it deserves. Opens 28 May. THIS EXHIBITION HAS NOW ENDED

Visit Greenwich
Greenwich is one of my favourite destinations in London. It is a cultural destination like no other. Take the new Uber boat and arrive alongside the Cutty Sark, and you are set. I have more tips on my Day Out in Greenwich which I have been told make all the difference to a good day! Y
